Preparation of SLWM Action plan, in 3 GPs of Maddur Taluk, Mandya District
This project involved preparing a Solid and Liquid Waste Management (SLWM) action plan in three Gram Panchayats of Maddur taluk, including data collection and training on waste management.
Scope of Work
An action plan was undertaken at 3 GPs of Annur, Gejjalagere, and Somanahalli of Maddur Taluk in Mandya District.
Key Achievements
Conducted one-day training to elected representatives, merchants, and shop owners on solid and liquid waste management. Collected information from individual houses, shops, factories, hotels, schools, and other departments on the generation of waste.
