Preparation and implementation Village Action Plan and Implementation of IEC & HRD activities JJM in rural areas of Mysuru District
This project focused on preparing Village Action Plans and conducting IEC & HRD activities under the Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) in rural areas of Mysuru district.
It included awareness campaigns, training, community programs, and water conservation initiatives to ensure sustainable water management and capacity building at the village level, and was successfully completed.
Scope of Work
Preparation of Village Action Plan and Conducting IEC Activities like Street play, Workshop, Small Waterbodies Rejuvenation in GPS, Exposure visit, SHG Group Jatha, School children Jatha, Essay competition, Debate competition, Painting competition, Awareness activities and Screening of Short firms on Health and Hygiene in schools and communities, Campaign on Conservation of Water and Protection of Water sources (JJM Community Contribution Campaign) and HRD Activities like Special Gram sabha meetings, PRI members training, VWSC & Gross Root level workers training etc.
Key Achievements
Successfully completed the work. Payment received 70% and agreement period extended to next one year
