This project focused on forming Water Users Co-operative Societies (WUCS) and strengthening their role in irrigation management under the Upper Tunga Project.
It included training programs and Krushimela activities for farmers on participatory irrigation management, water distribution (Warabandi), and sustainable agricultural practices.

Participatory irrigation management (PIM).
